OrthoKids Dorsi-Stretch
Description
The OrthoKids Dorsi-Stretch is designed to provide a comfortable and gentle stretch on the soft tissues surrounding the foot and ankle when sleeping or when unconscious recovering in hospital to maintain or stretch calf muscle length. The OrthoKids Dorsi-Stretch has the additional features of two lateral Velcro straps added to pull the foot into more dorsi-flexion where required and a non-slip weight bearing sole.
Indications
· Post gastrocnemius (calf) surgical lengthening
· Calf muscle contracture night stretching
· Achilles tendon injuries
· Use in ICU to prevent calf muscle contracture
